Pro licenses ship as signed license tokens stored on your machine. ORA verifies signatures locally; an online check runs every 24 hours and is offline-tolerant for 7 days. Revocation propagates within 24 hours.
Your data stays on your machine — chats, memory, audit log, agents — and stays readable. Pro features (synthesis, automation, MCP) stop. You can export or wipe everything from Settings → Data.
Free and Pro each cover 1 device per license. Deactivate a device from the account portal at heyora.in/account to move to a new machine.
Self-serve refund requests from your account portal — 7 days after first desktop activation for paid Pro licenses. Requests are tied to the payment transaction id and reviewed for fraud before processing. Refunds reach your original payment method in 5–10 business days depending on the method.
