ORA never sits between you and your AI provider. Bring your own API keys for Claude, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Mistral — store them in your OS keychain, and pay each provider directly at their published rates.

Your verified ORA account is the licence. The desktop downloads a signed, device-bound entitlement, verifies it locally, and refreshes it online. A signed recovery key is available only for support-assisted fallback.
Your data stays on your machine — chats, memory, audit log, agents — and stays readable. Pro features (synthesis, automation, MCP) stop. You can export or wipe everything from Settings → Data.

Self-serve refund requests from your account portal — 7 days for Pro monthly and 14 days for Pro annual. Requests are tied to the payment transaction id and reviewed for fraud before processing.
